I am a single woman in my mid 30's, a dog mama to an incredible rescue from Tennessee who I co-parent with my best friends, and recently finished my Masters in Elementary Education and Teaching. I have helped many people over the course of my career as a personal trainer, jiu jitsu instructor, wrestling coach, and health advocate reach their goals, help others feel their best, and learn how to reclaim their life through confidence and healing by sharing something that I love. I am a woman who craves connection and continues to foster a community of people who are aligned with self-development and growth, but who are also still figuring things out! I'll be transparent here, I don't have it all figured out, but we can always learn and go further together.
